The noodle station was equally impressive, offering one of the most complete selections of toppings and flavors we’ve seen in Jakarta, allowing us to customize bowls just the way we liked. The Indonesian section added a comforting familiarity with nasi goreng ayam, bihun goreng, and yellow rice with abon sapi, flavors that felt like home while still fitting perfectly into the luxurious breakfast setting.
